Canada is still slated to release the box set in February. I got mine from the UK.

What I've read on the Doctor Who fan sites is that the BBC has determined their Doctor Who releases will be identical worldwide, so I anticipate no difference in the sets. I got mine from the UK because it came out there first (late November 2005), had the spiffy and totally useless TARDIS packaging, and with shipping, came in at about $65US with an Amazon UK pre-order discount.

Wigam (Ahmed) has a very nice set he put together from the BBC airings, and I believe Jay has a nice set from the Canadian airings.
