This sounds interesting:
1968's cyber-epic The Invasion will be released onto DVD in November. The DVD will include fully animated recreations of two missing episodes by Cosgrove Hall. The Invasion stars Patrick Troughton as the Second Doctor in a battle with the Cybermen. Episodes One and Four from this eight-part story no longer exist in BBC's archives, although the soundtracks have survived.

It's a great story, one of my all-time favorites. The Troughton era is my favorite, and this serial was one of the best.
