After Hammer's return to active production with internet serial Beyond The Rave released via MySpace earlier this year, we're delighted to announce the commencement of production on Hammer's first horror film since 1976's To The Devil A Daughter.
The cast includes Aidan Gillen (The Wire), Eva Birthistle (Middletown) and Timothy Spall (Harry Potter series, Sweeney Todd). The announcement was made today by Hammer Films Chairman & CEO Simon Oakes. Principle photography commences today in County Donegal, Ireland. http://www.hammerfilms.com/productio.../the-wake-wood
