Disney Channel will present seven new episodes of its animated comedy Lilo & Stitch: The Series all week long, Monday, August 22 - Friday, August 26 (1:00pm, ET/PT), as well as a primetime premiere of a "cross-over episode" featuring characters from the animated series Kim Possible.

During the primetime cross-over episode, entitled "Rufus," characters from Kim Possible come to Kauai to aid Lilo in her search when Stitch goes mysteriously missing. Lilo calls on Kim Possible to help save Stitch from the evil lair of Dr. Drakken. Meanwhile, Ron must convince Jumba that Rufus is a Naked Mole rat and not one of his missing experiments.

The Lilo & Stitch: The Series cross-over episode will air Friday, August 26, at 8:30pm (ET/PT).

I've been capturing it - I've got 11 discs' worth at this point, and with the new batch that'll run at the end of the month, it'll be inching up on 13 discs. So far there's one episode that was pulled before it aired - Phoon, which has a typhoon-creating experiment. It was supposed to air in early January, and was pulled because of the tsunami disaster in Asia.

I thoroughly enjoy this show. And I can't wait for the new movie coming out at the end of this month, Stitch Has a Glitch. Of course, Dakota Fanning is voicing Lilo in the film - apparently Daveigh Chase, who normally does the voice, wasn't available for some reason.
