Try www.SciFiGenre.com - I've found sold out stuff there before, and in fact am planning to shift my subs to them next week. Don't know if they have it, but check it out.

I have no idea why this particular comic is so wanted. Wouldn't everyone want the original Superman Batman comic it's reprinted from?
