If anyone hasnt seen this movie, then I highly recommend you see it now. It is a definite classic! You dont have to even have ever HEARD of the books to enjoy this movie, but it helps. If youre at all familiar with the book, which I am, there are many moments of instant recognition which I wont go into. This movie hit the mark..transferring perfectly from book to big screen in much the way that LOTR did. My 11 year old loved it also. A lot of really cool creatures made it into the movie. The main battle, although short, was very well done. Again, a MUST-SEE!!

I barely recall the book, but the previews look awesome...just like LOTR did.

My girlfriends has the book, maybe I'll go run through it...and go watch the movie after that...I really wanna see it!

The book is VERY short..less than 200 pages. I read it again a few days ago. That makes about the 7th time I have read it. It only took about 2 1/2 hours. Excellent book..excellent movie!!

I actually liked it better than LOTR. I hope they do the movies for the rest of the books.

It would take you 7 times to read it and STILL not understand it!! Its pretty sad that you were 15 the first time you read it and are still LACKING...50 years later!!!

Oh, I understood it! Unlike you, I wanted to master it early of which I did. Some people just don't have there priorities right.

"The book is VERY short..less than 200 pages. I read it again a few days ago. That makes about the 7th time I have read it."-Tekken

If you really understood the book as well as you think you did, wouldn't you be able to convince your wife to give you your (DVD burner) present early? I know I would have. Double check & mate!

Your Geritol IV must be fermenting because your thinking is more screwed up than normal. What kind of logic brings you to connect understanding of a book with getting my burner early. Even for you, that make NO sense. And whats with the chess terms, you cant even SPELL chess, let alone PLAY it!! Game, set, and match!!!

Try again, Grandma! What's that saying, you can lead a Tekken to water, but you can't make him think!

Sticks and stones can break my bones, but Tekken's posts can only bore me. My aren't we sensitive about the DVD burner!

It's not an icon dummy it is an avatar, and mine is Ironman. You must be thinking about yours again.

You couldnt be me even if you wanted to.. your is too inadequate!!! Btw, an icon or avatar is interchangeable..it just depends on what site youre on, dipstick!! Also, you just changed it to Ironman..some sick fantasy of yours, I suppose! Jessica Alba wouldnt even let you near a piece of toilet paper she used to wipe her ***...so keep dreamin, ancient one!!

Your right Tekken, I'd have to remove half my brain will a coathanger just to be in your league. I wouldn't be making fun of my avatar (which is very cool by the way). What the hell is yours? Isn't that some kiddy cartoon. Uck!!your right Jessica wouldn't do that to me, may be you but not me.

Well, I need to go. I sure like the new DVD burner my wife got me for Christmas.
