Lone Star Comics in Dallas, Texas (mycomicshop.com online) has weekly sales for online orders. But it gets better...

http://beta.mycomicshop.com/help/preferredcustomer

Sign up and you'll get bonus discounts on top of the sales, e-mailed weekly.

This was how I saved 75% off some comics I got for my dad back at Christmas, because I was able to stack two sweetheart sales.

I've been getting these emails now since you first posted and they've been great.

If anyone is interested in new comics, the most popular online service right now is
http://www.dcbservice.com

You pre-order your books 2-months in advance (just like comic shops) and most books (including trades) are 40% off the cover price. Shipping is only $6 monthl and a few $ more for bi-weekly or weekly shipping.

I just signed up thanks for the tip. I am new to buying online though-
But if you two swear by this site, I know I am in good hands.

Seems some prices are lower, even with shipping
