With Darkwing Duck and The Tick already having upcoming DVD releases in August, one additional Disney cartoon is now coming to DVD as well according to tvshowsondvd.com--TaleSpin.

The toon features characters from The Jungle Book. Baloo is a struggling pilot for a courier company called "Higher for Hire"; Shere Khan is more of a businessman; and King Louie runs a place called Louie's. The toon features the voices of the late Ed Gilbert (G.I. Joe) as Baloo, Tony Jay as Shere Khan, and Jim Cummings (Winnie the Pooh) as King Louie and as air pirate Don Karnage.

Plans are in the works for an August release. Stay tuned for further details.

Updated 5/19:

Tvshowsondvd.com reports that Volume 1 of TaleSpin will be out on August 29 along with The Best of The Tick and Volume 1 of Darkwing Duck. The 3 disc set contains the 4 part pilot as well as 23 more episodes (27 total).
