DVDToons reports that Paramount will release The Animation Show. The box set contains 20 celebrated animated short films chosen by Mike Judge (creator of Beavis & Butt-Head and King of the Hill), and Oscar nominee Don Hertzfeldt. Among the toons in the collection are Academy Award nominees “The Cathedral”, “The Rocks” and “Mt. Head”, as well as Mike Judge’s own “Early Pencil Tests and Other Experiments.”
The set will be on DVD on September 5th.
