I just bought Dragonball Z remasters and it was well worth the $28.00 I paid for it. It sooo Rocks!!

6 Discs complete first season 39 episodes.
Remastered in High Definition and digitally restored.
Widescreen Transfer from original Japanese Film.
Newly revised English Dialog. This would be the cast from Cel Saga on up.

It has the original Japanese music, along with the opening and ending credits and original eye catches. You can also switch it over to the US broadcast versions and music.

Thanks for the feedback. I was on the fence with this one.

You're very welcome. It well worth the money. It's on sale at best buy this week. I'm going start up your Kenshin's again next week now that I'm settled in my new apt. I've got about 10 discs done.

This fan of the show said that the remastering ruined the original picture because they used dvnr. Here's a link

I guess they used dvnr on the first volume of the looney toons dvds. Fans complained and so they stopped using it.

Sounds like another self-proclaimed "videophile" dork. DVNR is very useful, the folds at Dallas' Video Post & Transfer are far from dumb.

Some folks like their grain and noise. They're retards as far as I'm concerned.

The picture is far from ruined. It's absolutely beautiful.
I'm very happy with it.
