Robot Chicken: Star Wars Special
June 17 - 10 p.m. on Cartoon Network

George Lucas has giving his blessing (and will lend his voice) to Robot Chicken, allowing them to do a 30-minute episode of all Star Wars related material. Mark Hamill will also be voicing characters in the episode as well.

Among Lucas and Hamill, guest voices will also include Conan O'Brien, Joey Fatone of N'SYNC, Robert Smigel (Saturday Night Live, TV Funhouse, Triumph, the Insult Comic Dog), Malcom McDowell (Superman:The Animated Series), Seth MacFarlane (Family Guy), and Hulk Hogan.

Lucas is also letting his company Lucasfilm help produce the episode.

The legendary Malcom McDowell's only credit in the article is Superman:TAS? Wow. Just wow.
That guy has been acting longer than I've been alive.
