Marvel Studios has announced that Liv Tyler (Armageddon, Lord of the Rings) will join the cast of The Incredible Hulk, the newest film in the Marvel library.
Tyler will play Betsy Ross, the love interest to Dr. Bruce Banner, the human alter-ego of the title character. Banner himself will be played by Edward Norton. Louis Leterrier (Transporter 2, Unleashed) will be directing and Universal Pictures will be distributing the film. The movie is scheduled to be released into theaters June 13, 2008. Filming for the movie will begin in Toronto this summer.
