Stan Lee's POW! Entertainment and Valcom, a production company, have filed suit against each other over a business deal collapsed. Valcom, who have filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, is claiming that POW! did not make payments promised under a deal they signed and that they have been frozen out of the recently announced deal between POW! and the Disney Comapny. POW! is claiming that Valcom did not live up to their promises and did not have the financing they promised they had.
