i used to watch it all the time i remember i was little going to store and they would have the cartoon booths where you could watch cartoon short for like 25 cents

I was just watching something similar when I was down in florida. It was 1 penny and you turned the crank in front and it flipped pages through quickly so you could watch a short cartoon, or video. Pretty old, but pretty neat.
