Yes and no --- it is real, but I believe that is nothing more than the PAL equivalent of the currently-released USA S1 releases -- and maybe the already released PAL indy volumes (about a dozen of them, I have them all). You might want to verify against the S1 episode list.
ezyDVD is usually the most expensive place to buy from, for PAL Aussie discs (I use several others, discussed in past forum threads -- don't remember them off top of my head, would have to pull receipts).

The "Time Traveler" set is S9, yes. I have that set -- it's already sold out at most stores.
