I got one of the last 2 that our Walmart had for $98, put it on lawaway but the ads state that the ILO05 is the one on sale and when the Walmart guns scan it the item is out of inventory so there will not be any more restock, once its gone its gone, if you want a good solid recorder for cheap I suggest you get out to Walmart if they still stock it and put it away on lawaway, you have 60 days and for $100 its a great addition especially if you are paying $33 a month on it

I checked out all 6 Walmarts within 25 miles in Dallas, and cannot find one at all. One Walmart had a used one for $140 with no box/remote/nothing. My parents are supposed to be checking out the local ones in east Texas for me.

The 04, you will know because it will say 04 and the box will also be slimmer and longer, the 05 is in a fatter and shorter box. My wife and I had to move about 7 of the 05 model to get to the remaining 04's. Hopefully its good out of the box

I prefer the LiteOn LVW5104 over the ILO DVDR04

The LiteOn is not a whole lot more, but easier to find (Radio Shack), and the specs of the unit are superior to the ILO.
