I bought my first unit in April it died after 3 weeks, the replacement died last night. My new Burner Pioneer DVDR-509 and so far its working great

I've never liked Plextor, BenQ, Sony or HP.
I only somewhat care for NEC.
LG and LiteOn are decent.
Pioneer is easily, hands down, the best burners.
