i need some help with maincocept mpeg pro plug-in for adobe premiere pro.

what effect does the video encoder quality have: 1-50?

what should the gop structure be?

Under bitrate what does the rate control mode do and what setting should it be?

under advanced video heading should i change anything? Doesn't really need any filtering.

Ah, phooey. I was trying to be lazy.
When I work on a Premiere project of mine tomorrow, I'll answer this.
