What is the best way to get these out of discs? Stuff I buy in the store doesn't seem to get rid of it. What is a good product that gets rid of them?

It may just be bad media. Are there a lot of scratches on bottom?

True, true.
How many players have you tried aisle3, and what brand of discs are these?
