What is the best way to get these out of discs? Stuff I buy in the store doesn't seem to get rid of it. What is a good product that gets rid of them?

It may just be bad media. Are there a lot of scratches on bottom?

Hardly none on the bottom. Like you say, could be media.

I had the problem with alot of dvds, but only in my philips and sony dvd players. My panasonic plays the same dvds with no skips
