I need more details, I don't understand your question.
Do you mean, you want to tell NERO, to write to the external, NOT the internal? Open Nero, upon opening, when you get to the burn part- where it says FINAL BURN SETTING- it allows you to search for a drive- choose the appropriate drive then.
