Is this TBC worth getting. only info i got from the seller is its a Unitron, and the model is ION.

Some of those old ones have meager RAM and are not full-frame. Beware.

I would say learn more about it, don't buy it blindly.
I also wonder why you need it? If I were you, I'd buy a better DVD recorder and better VCR first.
