I just had to buy a new rewinder/fast forwarder when my old one broke. There is a new button that says cleaner on it. Does it really do anything. I've had the heads on my vcr cleaned, but I haven't tried cleaning VHS tapes individually. Thanks.

I would not clean tapes like this, it may damage them.
