i just found instructions on how to do this but don't really understand it. can someone help me understand this a little bit better.

Can this even be done? It's a rental, meant for temporary viewing. If you want to keep a quality version, I'd go and get the DVD or Blu-ray, not grab the down-converted online encode.

yes i found a whole explaination on this forum. unfortunattly the forum is no longer around. i do have the webpage save to my computer though with all the instructions. would like me to send it to you and see if you could figure it out?
