I don't condone smoking, but I know some people here smoke.
I got a coupon for 5.00 off any marlboro carton, any style, length, kind whatever.
if someone wants it- i can drop it out as its a nice savings I would imagine.
Obviously i only have one, so first come first smoked.
but i get them all the time- why I don't know- why target the asthmatic?
anyhow, its 5.00 its worth a stamp to help out a fellow CPS'r
so let me know

Congrads! It was one of the hardest things I've ever done! My wife was taking medicine for her arthritis which made it easy for her, but I threw out the patches, the nicotine gum, etc. and the cigarettes and just went out cold turkey! I was a big b----h for a week! Just ask my wife, she was about to buy me a pack just to shut me up!

One of the ways I learned to quit was to do activities that usually started me smoking-cigarette-free. I'm somewhat embarrased about my smoking now, because I was sort of health-freak except for that! Smoking is the worst thing you can do! Oh, and the smell what was wrong with me???
What really sucks is drinking is number 2 of bad things for your health! I always thought it was like #5 or #6, you know after eating bacon and hot dogs, but it is #2. I wonder if that is because of the possible driving aspects of it?

I don't know Kim, sounds like you are sort of promoting it! I'd do yourself and everyone else a favor and trash can it!

Congrats to all quitters. I quit many, many years ago (cold turkey) myself. My wife quit shortly after that.

My wife still smokes. I'll take the coupon.
Heh heh. Should of sent it with the trade.
I really only have a drink every few months. A nice single malt or cognac.
I lived and partied the Rock n Roll life style in the 80's and early 90's. Just got tired of feeling like S&%t the next day.
Brownies rule though.
