I've watched Macross toys ratchet up from $35 to $50 to $80 to $100 to $110 to $125 to $150 ... and now $200+ .... in the past 4 years. What the heck?

Help me get this one for under $100 shipped (or less, even!). It's up for pre-order, but a lot of places already show "out of stock" on it. WTH?
