The estate of Siegel and Shuster are suing WB over the name. I'm sure any Super-fan knows how DC royally screwed over the two guys that created the man of steel. It was recently discovered by the estate that DC *NEVER PAID* for the younger version rights.
Of course, rather than pay the family they screwed for a half century, they're going to mess up the characters. Money is more important than art these days. So sad.
