It is the 2nd of their live action tests I think. They ran Saved by the Bell a few months ago and it got high ratings (despite being on TBS for at least 1hr everyday of the week!)
They are trying to make Adult Swim into an adult oriented lineup of a mix of old shows that people 18-30 would have grown up watching as well as anime and new cartoons aimed at an older audience (Venture Bros, ATHF) Remembe Pee Wees Playhouse was on the CBS Saturday Morning lineup, so to people 18-30 its considered a show from their childhood/teenage years. I am indifferent to it, did not watch it much growing up and dont watch it much now. Its all been released on DVD anyway so I wish they would put on something that is not released.
