It comes out Tuesday, but some stores sell it early.
Remember that downloading pre-releases is not what this site is about.

Geez, I didn't say how I got it, LS! I just was commenting that when, and if you should get it, it is was well worth the watch. THat is my opinion, two thumbs up! Only thing I didn't like about is that Anne Heche was the voice of Lois (ugh). Next thing you know Rosie O'Donald might be in one!

I saw it yesterday, good story, but (obviously) doesn't live up to the comic book version. There was also not enough of DOOMSDAY in the film, and his battle with Supes should have lasted a bit longer.
As for the voice acting and art, I wish the producers would have used the same voice cast from the animated series, but oh well. Art-wise, Supes seemed (to me) to be drawn to look older, and Lex Luthor, well, he sure lost lots of his muscular build between the animated series and this movie, guy looked like he had a tape worm attacking his insides. I can't really say anything negative about Toy Man though, his look in the movie is much better than that in the animated series.
All in all, it is a good movie, and yes, I'd recommend it to any fan of Superman.

I admit the movie caught me a little off guard because I was expecting something more along the lines of JLU series. Luther was just plain evil, and the violence and destruction was more graphic. You could imagine Doomsday popping human skulls like grapes.
