I need opinions- I need a new tattoo. I'm torn between 2-a cross with a religious message on my wrist-, or angel wings on my back-add your opinion thanks

I vote for angel wings on back. Most employers would make you cover up any tattoos on your wrist, not sure if you would like that.

well if I could find the one from LA Ink, i would have a picture of it, and I haven't found wing I want yet. All I know is I wanted wings for a long time, but then my ex was like I want wings-big scardy cat lol
I already have one on my left wrist a symbol from Charmed lol. I thought it was cute.
But thanks for the input-I'll take anymore if anyone wants to put in
Thanks

Who are you going to for it JT? I'm booked in with Cecil Porter in July when he comes over here for a convention, his realism is fantastic. Then, I'm coming over to the states in December, and I'm booked in with Mike Devries, again another master of realism.
I'm addicted to tats

Me too Jie- that is why I have 7 so far, and now I'm going for 8 9or maybe 9) if I can't decide which one. I will admit I was scared it was going to huert my first time, but I just laughed all the way through it. It was a tribal band around my left ankle. Them I got 4 at one time when I lived I nashville, and non of them hurt. My friend got one on her neck, and cried like a baby.

Lol, I was a total woose my first time, but I went to guy that was somewhat questionable, and he dug in so hard on my inner arm that the ink seeped permanently about an inch on each side (Cecil is doing a cover of that one). So I was scared stiff going for my second, but i went to someone much more professional and it wasn't anywhere near as sore. I've got 5 so far (2 on left arm, 1 right and both legs) so you're beating me . Cecil's covering my right arm one, and Mike's doing one on my back.
I've no doubt I'll be a walking mural by the time I'm 80 lol.

I agree, I think tattooes can be great- beautiful, a wonderful tribute...(remind me of this when I am 75)
but, those who get cartoon characters, or a girlfriends name.....I have to wonder how many regret it.
Of course, this was before I saw lilhave had
Savage's Amusement
Tattooed into his arm...

Totally! The quickest way to end a relationship is to get a tattoo tribute of the person. Mine are all for me. In fact, my girlfriend hates tats lol.
Also, in answer to your orginal question JT, my vote goes for the backpiece. Especially if it's an artist who's work you love, and they can come up with a totally original design for you.

I would want the cross and wings for religious reasons- after all I went thru with my sickness, I put all my faith in God-it is just my tribute to him

well I stopped a guy in Walmart today, and asked him if I could take a picture of his arm, or actually mom did. It was a beautiful cross so I may get it instead, or I might get both depending on finances.
