I placed an order through the company's Web site on June 8, 2012 after they had advertised a sale. Due to an error on their site, a duplicate order was created. They refused to cancel the duplicate order and indicated that I would need to pay return shipping for their mistake.

So, I waited until I received all of the items. I sent back the all duplicates in addition to an extra DVD since, in the interim, a studio announced that they would be releasing a superior Blu-Ray version later in the year. The documentation in the boxes said to return the items to 17822 Gillette Ave #A, Irvine, CA 92614 since, according to e-mails, that was their warehouse.

According to my USPS tracking number I mailed the return package on or about June 20, 2012 (via Media Mail) and it was "Delivered June 25, 2012, 1:47 pm IRVINE, CA 92614."

However, the company refuses to refund the money. I keep getting a run-around.

I will NEVER do business with them and suggest that they be added to the bad traders/sites list.

At the very least, everyone should think twice about doing business with them. If do you make a purchase, you do so at your own risk.
