Seems there is one somewhere in my county, but it's a question of whether or not I can get there by bus. What are "PVCs"? Also, I have never heard of MacFrugal's.

They bought out MacFrugal's some years ago, and I'd gone to that store since high school. Great place to buy stuff in college. Cheap, cheap, cheap. I remember them especially for having Smurfs PVCs for $1 each back in the late 90s.

From clothes, to furniture, to groceries, to lawn equipment, to DVDs and pretty much anything you can think of -- they've got it, and cheap.
