Oh wow ... 14 WHOLE EPISODES (I bet they mean "shorts" too!) ... out of the possible 199 shorts that existed.

They checked with MTV and the 1st volume will have 40 shorts not 14, it was a bad phone connection during the press release

I wonder if we will get 4 more volumes now, three with 40 eps and the final with 39?? And along with those we would get aprox. 44 more music videos.

Heck this could boost LS sets quality up big time, all he would have to basically do is if these were in order, is reauthor the bonus disc to have any music videos missing out of the combined 55 videos throughout the 5 volumes if they continue releases this way and include videos with each

Well, it's official. We should all wait on the LS Beavis and Butthead set. Aside from having all the videos, it will have all the shows. MTV has no plans to release the entire series, here's a quote from Mike Judge:

"Thanks for buying this DVD. I've often said that there's about a third of Beavis & Butthead that I think is great and I'm really proud of, another third that is okay, and then another third that's really really awful and embarrassing. A while back I talked with the folks at MTV and we agreed to put out a DVD set that would contain the two thirds that didn't suck and call it 'The Mike Judge Collection.' This is the first volume of that two thirds. Thanks and enjoy, Mike Judge."
