It was reported that Adam West completed all the voice work on the sequel, so I'd say almost certainly.

I met Adam a couple of years ago. He was so nice to us, my Hubby got Bat knuckles on his Batman spinner wedding Band. Adam got kick out of it. So sweet to my daughter.
I m kicking myself now for not taking any of our original 1966 Bat collectibles not reissues to sign. But He was kind funny and gracious to his fans.

Can't wait to hear William Shatner as Two-face.

I'm really glad he did so much voice work in the 2000s. He never really recovered from being Batman in live action, but his voice never faced such confinement (even when we recognized him, since he had a district vocal quality to his speech).

The only person more distinct, voice-wise, is probably William Shatner. Indeed, that will be entertaining when it comes out, and a great final piece for him.
