Mort Walker's National Cartoon Museum suffered a setback when a deal to exhibit the museum's works in a dedicated space at New York City's Empire State Building fell through, according to a report in the Stamford Advocate. Walker, the cartoonist who created Beetle Bailey, possesses over 200,000 pieces of comic book, comic strip, and animation artwork in his museum collection, and has been seeking a new home for several years.
