Is there a glaring plot omission that you're curious about?

If so, what show/episode and what is the mystery?

This is one of mine:
In an episode King of the Hill, somewhere in S9-S10, is an episode where Hank hurts his back and has to go on workman's comp. His yoga instructor asks "What time do you evacuate your bowels? There is only one right answer!" ............ what time is that supposed to be?

Ahhh Matt Groining was just on Charlie Ross this afternoon and spoke about that. In reality their are 44 springfields in the US, though he mentioned living in one of them and naturally I cannot recall which one it was
