Toy Vault will produce plush and plush accessories based on Shin Chan under a licensing deal announced by the company and distributor FUNimation, the companies said today.

The new line, which will include standard and talking plush, along with slippers, pillows and puppets, will beginning shipping this summer.

I hate that cartoon...Its ugly .They try too hard to be funny. Personally, I think it gives anime a bad name. Nope, dont like it .

It's an old anime from the 90's.
I agree, it's not very funny.

Some people think the Japanese dub is funnier. How can that be?
How they can they understand Japanese puns and the cultural humor?

It's popular here in Hawaii. I think the Jap dub is much funnier than the English version.

We actually had an advantage in Hawaii. We got the original version with subtitles that often explained the cultural differences. The cartoon networks stuff is bastardization at its worst. I enjoyed the uncut stuff with the subs but can't get into the Adult Swim version.

That's great when they explain the cultural thing.
VIZ is the worst offenders of dubbing. The ruined and destroyed Naruto, Bleach, Prince of Tennis and Death Note. Death Note is one the best animes ever and the dub just flat out sucks.
