The Story Hat, a Rhode Island-based animation studio, is producing Bloodline, an animated horror movie about tattoos, the Providence-Journal reports.
Financing and distribution for the film, whose budget reportedly is less than $40 million, has not yet been completed. The Story Hat has previously worked on Dragon Booster for ABC Family and Toon Disney.
