Was anyone else here dis-satisfied with the ending of Death Note? For a series that was cleverly thought the whole way through, they left a very large gap in reasoning at the end. I really expected something better. Overall, I thought the series was excellent, but wish they would have changed the ending.
Any thoughts?

Light Died and that was that.
He got what was coming to him. Which sucked because I wanted to see him prevail.  I watched this a couple of years ago and saw both movies last year. I find a lot of Anime endings quite weird and almost unsatisfying. I saw about 5 minutes of the terrible English dub on Cartoon Network and that was enough for me. ttyl
