Tvshowsondvd.com is reporting that complete series DVD sets of BOTH Transformers (1980's) and G.I. Joe are set to be released in late Summer 2009. Here is the link to the story:

Now if they just correct all of the **** ups that were on the Rhino dvds...

Actually I am very happy that I refused to buy the Rhino sets. Not so much for th tech screw ups, but for the extremely over priced value they were selling them all for

I bought my Rhino sets for like $25 each years and years ago (2003, maybe?)
I still have a huge stack of Rhino and pre-Rhino VHS tapes. I might eBay them here soon, before the DVD news gets out to the dummy crowd.

I would sell them now. With the hype of the new transformers 2 and G.I. Joe flicks around the corner, now would be the perfect time. I might be selling some of my older 3 3/4 Joe collection a well
