I have digital cable, and one of my fave chans... NOGGIN. has pixelation in the video sometimes, its pretty stupid actually... wth could cause this?

- Overstuffing the streams. Their fault.
- Faulty receiver/box. Whoever owns it at fault. Plus tech ages.
Probably just overstuffed stream. Noggin is not a "high profile" channel.

I figured, becasue danged comcast sucks! charter was hella better when i lived in my other town
