I recently got this model and i seem to have problems recording dvds I'm using Verbatim DVD-R now i burn some with these dvds and they burn fine then every once and a while it say (Incompatible medium installed)i'm using DVD Decryper like i said i burn dvd for a while no problem then this i don't have any problems with DVD+RW or DVD-RW or Even DVD+r DL does any one know why?

Some of the newer Verbatim 16x DVD-R act goofy, especially ones made in India.
I'm mostly using Verbatim 16x DVD+R right now.

Upgraded firmware lately?
