Does anyone know where i can find Blank DVD-R (speed 2X) Disc. I looked on e-bay and they don't sell them anymore.

Your DVD recorder can also use Verbatim 16x DVD-R just fine. They are rated for 1x-16x. These discs will burn slower, and be fine.
