I posted about this on CPS3 (maybe even CPS1, CPS2). A full year later, it really happened. Kind of nice. Paypal was sued, and lost, for all the times they took people's money (chargebacks) and closed accounts. They broke the law by doing it.

Checked my account, and it was indeed there.

They probably made back the entire amount they lost in that class action lawsuit before that $14.59 even showed up in your account.
