It went from New York to either a Philly sorting center or airport. That's all fine.

It then got to Mesquite, Texas, which is the UPS hub in Dallas area. It got there after 2 days. Instead of dispatching it to my house, they then send it to DFW Intl Airport. WHAT THE HELL FOR?

I can only guess that since it was 3-day service, they didn't want to give it to me after just 2 days?

But why ship it from Mesquite to the airport about 40 miles away, on the opposite side of Dallas, and then back again?

Stupid UPS non-sense. UPS sucks in Dallas. I cannot imagine it being better anywhere else. I use Fedex or USPS... I'd rather use a mule or carrier pidgeon as opposed to those UPS jerks.

UPS sucks here in NYC also. They are the laziest people.

I can agree with the horrible service of UPS in New York (I live on Long Island). They leave the packages of Insulin for my Dad on the doorstep without ringing the doorbell even though the package says perishable.

I can agree, I once had a package go the following route

Ohio (which is a few hours from here) ---->California--->Illinois--->Utah--->Iowa

Took a total of 14 days to get here?!?

I had to report my UPS guy to his supervisor because he would never deliver our packages on the day they were supossed to be delivered. My desk is 2 feet from the door and my dog barks at everything. He tried to say that he made an attempt to deliever but failed to prove that he left a note. They pulled up all my records an found he was skipping past our apt to make his next deliveries.

My wife had some rare plants for her fish tank die because of this.
