I like these five pretty equally:
- Tilapia
- Flounder (stuffed with shellfish)
- Salmon (fresh from Washington State, Alaska or British Columbia)
- Halibut (fresh from Alaska)
- Catfish (Texas farm-raised and deep fried)
If I had to pick one, it would be fried Alaskan Halibut. Tasty, tasty!
And you... ?

I'm with LordGoat666 on the Ahi, love the stuff. Tuna steak, tuna sashimi, it's all good.
Having said that, not much can beat a few of the local restaurants that serve fried Catfish, pickled green tomatoes, and white beans.
