Sci Fi picks up canceled 'Night Stalker'
LOS ANGELES, Dec. 12 (UPI) -- The Sci Fi Channel has picked up ABC's canceled series "Night Stalker."
ABC canceled the show after only seven episodes, but Sci Fi picked up the entire 10 episodes produced and will air them probably next summer, Zap2it.com reported Monday.
The Sci Fi Channel has found success picking up series canceled by the major networks such as "Firefly," "Now & Again" and "Roar," Zap2it.com noted.
Sci Fi already owns "Kolchak: The Night Stalker," the 1970s cult show that spawned "Night Stalker."
