At the San Diego Comic-Con on Saturday, DC Comics announced a new animated films initiative. A series of direct to DVD animated films will be produced with comic fans in mind. This new initiative will be overseen by Bruce Timm and the initial planned films are as follows:
The New Fronter - This will be produced by Stan Berkowitz. Darwyn Cooke will also be involved. Teen Titans: The Judas Contract - This will be written by Marv Wolfman and Tom DeSantos. George Perez is also involved. Superman/Doomsday
