Superhero Hype reports that Fox is suing Warner Bros. over the rights to film Alan Moore's classic graphic novel, Watchmen.
The studio claims that it holds the exclusive copyrights and contract rights to the film. And mentions that producer Lawrence Gordon has not paid a buy-out price from an earlier deal made by Gordon and Fox when the film was planned to be made in the 90s. No word from Fox, Warner, or Gordon are made at this time.
