Having Problems with Dvdfab Decrypter

maybe someone can help with my problem. the dvd loads in the program and is ready to go. i click the start button numerous times but nothing happens. i tried re installing the software but that didn't work. so if anyone can give me some helpful tips i would appreciate it.

Are you sure you have the most recent version? I could be mistaken, but I think I recently read something about a glitch in a recent version that disabled the free decryption part of the program when the non-free trial part expired.

yep your right. i just downloaded the beta version and it works fine now. thanks for the help.
